1. Offerings

1.1 Services

We provide corporate compliance and submission assistance related to corporate tax filings, including preparation and submission support tailored to regulatory requirements.

1.2 Information Products

Digital guides, reports, and templates designed to support corporate compliance efforts.

1.3 Goods

Physical materials such as printed guides or branded reference resources.

2. Payment Terms

Fees for services are due in full before commencement. Fees for information products and goods must be paid at the time of purchase.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Services

Clients may request a refund or transfer of service up to 7 days before the scheduled start date. Transfers to an alternative date or another service are allowed subject to availability. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method within 15 days of approval.

3.2 Information Products

All digital materials are non-returnable once downloaded or accessed. If you encounter technical issues, please contact us via our contact form.

3.3 Goods

Physical items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds will be processed to the original payment source within 15 days of receipt and inspection of the returned items. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective.

4. No Refund Exceptions

Certain personalized services that require substantial preparatory work are final sale and cannot be refunded. This includes bespoke filing reviews and on-site compliance consultations. We may offer a partial credit toward a future service at our discretion.

5. Modifications

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Continued use of our offerings constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
